Team-Use Practice Packages for NOW or NEXT YEAR:

*The Team-Use Practice Packages below are different than using our App to Self-Book Team-Use Sessions into the

schedule with Credits. Self-Booking Team-Use Sessions through our App is quick and convenient for last-minute practice needs, 

but availability will vary. See our "24/7 Self-Booking: Self-Use & Team-Use"  page for how to spontaneously Self-Book Team-Use

Sessions via our App. You can Self-Book seven (7) days in-advance of your Team-Use Session through the App. Self-Bookings through the App are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Visit our "Facility & On-Site Equipment" page for photos and on-site equipment.

-Commit to Four (4) Total Team-Use Practices-

Step 2:  Please provide your team's Proof of Insurance IF you have a team policy.

​

Step 3:   It is the Booking Agent’s/Coach's responsibility to ensure that ALL NEW Users (Coaches and Players) have completed                        the Liability Waiver Requirement as listed below:

The Liability Waiver Requirement is met when an 18+ year old User, or Parent/Legal Guardian on behalf of their Minor Child User completes and submits a PDF file or paper copy version of the Liability Waiver PRIOR TO OR AT THEIR INITIAL USE OF THE FACILITY, or by an 18+ year old User or Parent/Legal Guardian on behalf of their Minor Child User having already completed and submitted a PDF file or paper copy version of the Liability Waiver PRIOR TO OR AT THEIR INITIAL USE OF THE FACILITY.

*Adults are Users if they’re in the Cages. Parents/Legal Guardians must sign Liability Waiver on behalf of any minor child User. Once a new User has a completed Liability Waiver on-file, we do not need another unless a User turns 18. If you are unsure about whether you or another accompanying User has satisfied the Liability Waiver Requirement as listed above,

please complete & submit a new Liability Waiver.*

How to Access & Submit Liability Waiver(s):

​

*After creating a LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL account thru the App, after purchase of a Team-Use Practice Package, and after any purchase of Credits, you will receive an email from us containing a PDF attachment of the Liability Waiver that you can freely disseminate to any potential User who hasn't yet met the Liability Waiver Requirement. Paper Liability Wavers &

Dropbox for completed Liability Waivers also located in foyer of Facility*

 

Completing a Liability Waiver May Take Any of the Following Forms:

(1) A paper Liability Waiver that is available within the Facility and turned-in to the dropbox within the Facility, 

(2) a printed (PDF) and completed paper Liability Waiver that is turned-in at the dropbox within the Facility,

(3) a printed (PDF) and completed paper Liability Waiver that is scanned and emailed to contact@launchlabbaseballsoftball.com.

Step 4:  Receive your Keyless-Entry Self-Access Credentials via email from "Kisi" for each session.

​

Step 5:  Contact LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL in-advance IF your Team WILL NOT BE IN ATTENDANCE for any of your Team-                 Use Practices reserved for the duration of your Team-Use Practice Package.
