is quick and convenient for last-minute practice needs,  but availability will vary. See our "24/7 Self-Serving Private Cage Rentals"

page for how to spontaneously Self-Book Cage Rental Sessions up to 7 days in advance via our App. 

Self-Booking Cage Rental Sessions through the App are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Step 2:  Please provide your team's Proof of Insurance IF you have a team policy.

Step 3:   It is the Booking Agent’s/Coach's responsibility to ensure that ALL NEW Users in the Cages (Coaches and Players) have                    completed the Liability Waiver Requirement (in addition to on-site paper copies of the liability waiver for completion, a                      PDF copy of the liability waiver will also be disseminated before the first team practice as a second method to

                complete the liability waiver for first-time facility Users (anybody in the Cages) before the first practice).
