​HOW TO CREATE A LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL ACCOUNT (APP):

* You must be 18+ years old to have a LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL account &

Self-Book Private Cage Rental Sessions (1+ Users, Any # of Users, Team) at our

24/7/365 Self-Booking & Self-Accessing facility thru our App.

Parents/Legal Guardians may book on minor child's behalf.

(Rules, Age-Supervision Requirements Apply)*

           1.  Download the "LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL" App to your phone via your phone's App Store                                          (Recommended: App Store for Apple, Google Play for Android).

              2.  Create your LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL account and agree to terms of the "Studio Waiver" in the                            app (must agree to terms to be able to book) through the "LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL" App. You                                MUST use your LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL account through our App for all Private Cage Rental                                Credit Pack and Membership purchases and for Self-Booking Private Cage Rental Sessions in our App.

             3.  Opt-in to 'receiving marketing updates' if you want to stay informed about Credit Sales, Events, Camps                                   & Clinics, and other updates about our operation via email and Push Notifications sent through our App.

​

             4.  Completing the "Studio Waiver" and "Membership Terms & Conditions" through your LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL                             & SOFTBALL App are NOT the Liability Waiver and does NOT SATISFY the LIABILITY WAIVER                                                             REQUIREMENT (Completing a Liability Waiver) for all first-time Users, and may need to be completed to allow                         you to book. 

 

*At various points of activity when using the App, informational emails are auto-sent to your email address on-file.

Please check for email messages from us. If you neglect to complete the "Studio Waiver" and "Membership Terms & Conditions" upon initially setting up your account, the "Studio Waiver" and "Membership Terms & Conditions"

can be found and signed within the 'account settings (top-left)' part of the App.

• Track Various Types of Credits

• Check for Sales on Credits

• View Upcoming Bookings

• View Transaction History

• Receive Updates from Launch Lab Baseball & Softball
