You MUST Create a LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL Account with our App.

After creating a LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL account thru our App,
and before booking your first Self-Use or Team-Use Session,
please understand the following Expectations of Self-Booking Users
for our 24/7/365 Self-Accessing, Keyless-Entry Facility:

Expectation 1: New Users CANNOT participate without first meeting the Liability Waiver Requirement (completing a Liability Waiver). Once a new User has a completed Liability Waiver on-file, we DO NOT need another unless a User turns 18.
​
Expectation 2: It is the Booking Agent's responsibility to ensure that ALL Users of the Facility have met the Liability
Waiver Requirement (completing a Liability Waiver) with LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL PRIOR TO, OR AT THEIR INITIAL USE of the Facility. *SEE "Liability Waiver Requirement" and "How to Access & Submit Liability Waivers" BELOW.*

Expectation 3: Self-Use & Team-Use Session Users must sign-in to the binder on the Table in the Facility upon each session attended.
​
Expectation 4: ALL Users MUST be using the Facility in accordance with all 'Rules & Supervision Requirements' as listed
below or a ban may occur. There may be exceptions for Team-Use Sessions. No staff, only cameras on- site.

Expectation 5: You MUST be 18+ years old to have an account and Self-Book sessions thru the App. Parents/Legal Guardians can book on their minor child's behalf (see 'Rules & Supervision Requirements' Below)

What is the Liability Waiver Requirement (Completing a Waiver)
& How Does a User Meet it?

The Liability Waiver Requirement is met when an 18+ year old User, or Parent/Legal Guardian on behalf of their Minor Child User completes and submits a PDF file or paper copy version of the Liability Waiver PRIOR TO OR AT THEIR INITIAL USE OF THE FACILITY, or by an 18+ year old User or Parent/Legal Guardian on behalf of their Minor Child User having already completed and submitted a PDF file or paper copy version of the Liability Waiver PRIOR TO OR AT THEIR INITIAL USE OF THE FACILITY.

*Adults are Users if they’re in the Cages. Parents/Legal Guardians must sign Liability Waiver on behalf of any minor child User. Once a new User has a completed Liability Waiver on-file, we do not need another unless a User turns 18. If you are unsure about whether you or another accompanying User has satisfied the Liability Waiver Requirement as listed above,
please complete & submit a new Liability Waiver.*
How to Access & Submit Liability Waiver(s):

*After creating a LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL account thru the App, and after any purchase of Credits, you will receive an email from us containing a PDF attachment of the Liability Waiver that you can freely disseminate to any potential User who hasn't yet met
the Liability Waiver Requirement. Paper Liability Wavers & Dropbox for completed Liability Waivers also located in foyer of Facility*

​Completing a Liability Waiver May Take Any of the Following Forms:
(1) A paper Liability Waiver that is available within the Facility and turned-in to the dropbox within the Facility,
(2) a printed (PDF) and completed paper Liability Waiver that is turned-in at the dropbox within the Facility,
(3) a printed (PDF) and completed paper Liability Waiver that is scanned and emailed to launchlabbaseballsoftball@gmail.com,
How to Self-Book a SELF-USE
or TEAM-USE Session

Users Should Always Book With the App Users May Book a Self-Use or Team-Use Session Seven (7) Days In-Advance
Maximum 2 Users Per Cage at a Time Self-Use Session Users Can Always Self-book At-Will Thru App
A Credit is 30 Minutes in a Single Cage & Does Not Expire Occasional Sales on Credits Thru App
You May Cancel your Session up to 1 Hour Before it Starts & Retain Your Credit

*First-Time TEAM-USE Session Users MUST CONTACT LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL Prior to Their Initial Booking to Discuss Additional Rules & Expectations of Team-Use Sessions. After Initial Consultation With LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL, Team-Use Users May Self-Book Team-Use Sessions At-Will. Self-Use Users May always book at-will*

1: After creating your LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL account thru our App, go to the "Buy Credits" tab of App to securely purchase (credit or debit card) your desired number of Self-Use Credit(s) to add to your account. Credit allocation and number of Credits can be viewed in your 'account settings' in the App.

2: Once Self-Use Credit(s) have been added to your account, go the schedule (“timetable”) section of the App
to self-book into any available slot between Cage 1 (softball pitching machine available) and Cage 2
(baseball pitching machine available) All other equipment available for both cages on-site.
​
3: Within 1 minute of booking your session, an automated one-time access credential valid for your duration booked will be sent to you via email from “Kisi.” Your unique access credential for your session IS the “Kisi” email.
​
4: As Soon as five (5) minutes before your session starts, you may click on the link within the email from “Kisi” to unlock the front door. The door will go from “locked” to “unlocked” and “beep” when you TAP the blue lock icon as pictured below.You don’t need the “Kisi” app to unlock the door. Your first session's access email may appear in your'spam' folder.
