and before booking your first Private Cage Rental Session,
please understand the following Expectations of Self-Booking Users
for our 24/7/365 Self-Accessing, Keyless-Entry Facility:

Expectation 1: It is the Booking Agent's responsibility to ensure that ALL NEW USERS in the cages meet the
Liability Waiver Requirement (completing a Liability Waiver) with LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL PRIOR TO, OR AT THEIR INITIAL USE of the Facility to participate. *SEE "Liability Waiver Requirement" and "How to Access & Submit Liability Waivers" BELOW.*​

Expectation 2: ALL Users MUST be using the Facility in accordance with all 'Rules & Supervision Requirements' as listed
below or a ban may occur. Booking Agent may bring any number of users. If bringing a large group, please contact us.. We meet you at your first session booked. No staff, only cameras on-site.

Expectation 3: You MUST be 18+ years old to have an account and Self-Book sessions thru the App. Parents/Consenting Adults can book and bring any minor child with parental approval.

*Private Cage Rental Membership commences the date of your first session booked. IF YOU HAVE EXISTING PRIVATE CAGE RENTAL CREDITS
IN YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR EXISTING CREDITS WILL BE PULLED FIRST FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN BOOKING. ONCE YOU HAVE EXHAUSTED EXISTING PRIVATE CAGE RENTAL CREDITS (0 CREDITS REMAINING), YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL ACTIVATE UPON YOUR NEXT PRIVATE CAGE RENTAL BOOKING, AND BE VALID FOR YOUR DURATION PURCHASED FROM THAT BOOKING ONWARD. Credit allocation can be found under 'account settings' in the top-left corner of the app.
You MAY purchase and have both credits and a membership at the same time. You will NOT be auto-charged to renew your membership,
but must purchase another membership after your current membership expires (check 'account settings' for details).*

What is the Liability Waiver Requirement (Completing a Waiver)
& How Does a User Meet it?

The Liability Waiver Requirement is met when an 18+ year old User, or Consenting Adult/Guardian on behalf of
any new Minor Child User completes and submits a PDF file or paper copy version of the
Liability Waiver PRIOR TO OR AT THEIR INITIAL USE OF THE FACILITY thus allowing a User to participate.
*Adults are Users if they’re in the Cages. One CONSENTING ADULT OR GUARDIAN may sign on behalf of all new Minor Child Users. Each new Adult User must sign their own separate liability waiver. Legal Guardians of Minor Users must be aware that their children are participants at Launch Lab Baseball & Softball. Once a new User has a completed Liability Waiver on-file, we do not need another unless a User turns 18. To view or disseminate the Liability Waiver, view the PDF attachment in auto-triggered emails from Launch Lab that commence after the creation of your Launch Lab Baseball & Softball account in our App. If you are unsure about whether you or another accompanying User has satisfied the Liability Waiver Requirement as listed above,
please complete & submit a new Liability Waiver.*

​Completing a Liability Waiver May Take Any of the Following Forms:
(1) A paper Liability Waiver that is available within the Facility and turned-in to the dropbox within the Facility where a CONSENTING ADULT OR GUARDIAN may sign on behalf of all new Minor Users and/or themselves,
(2) a printed (PDF) and completed paper Liability Waiver that is turned-in at the dropbox within the Facility where a CONSENTING ADULT OR GUARDIAN may sign on behalf of all new Minor Users and/or themselves,
(3) a printed (PDF) and completed paper Liability Waiver that is scanned and emailed to launchlabbaseballsoftball@gmail.com where a CONSENTING ADULT OR GUARDIAN

WE MEET YOU AT THE FRONT DOOR OF YOUR FIRST SESSION BOOKED TO HELP YOU IN.

1: After creating your LAUNCH LAB BASEBALL & SOFTBALL account thru our App, go to the "Buy Credits" or "Memberships" tabs of the App to securely purchase (credit or debit card) your desired number of Private Cage Rental Credit(s) to add to your account, or to purchase your Private Cage Rental Membership. Credit allocation, number of Credits, and Membership details can be viewed in your 'account settings' in the App.

2: Once Private Cage Rental Credit(s) or a Membership have been added to your account, go the schedule (“timetable”) section of the App to self-book into any available slot between Cage 1 (softball pitching machine available) and Cage (baseball & softball pitching machine available) All other on-site equipment is available between both cages.
​
3: Within 1 minute of booking each session, an automated one-time access credential valid for your duration booked will be sent to you via email from “Kisi.” Your unique access credential for your session IS the “Kisi” email.
​
4: As Soon as five (5) minutes before your session starts, you may click on the link within the email from “Kisi” to unlock the front door. The door will go from “locked” to “unlocked” and “beep” when you TAP the blue lock icon as pictured below.You don’t need the “Kisi” app to unlock the door. Your first session's access email may appear in your 'spam' folder.
