Lesson Cancellation Policy

Private baseball & softball lesson cancellations must be made prior to 9:00 A.M. the same day of weeknight lessons, and within 12 hours of lessons scheduled on the weekend to avoid being charged. Lessons cancelled within these late criteria will be charged the full price of the lesson. If a lesson is cancelled, the instructor exercises their own discretion when deciding to reschedule for that week or not.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we request notice prior to 9:00 A.M. the same day of weeknight lessons, and 12 hour advanced notice for weekend lessons, to avoid being charged for the missed lesson.

We understand there are instances when you must miss a scheduled lesson due to injury, illness, etc. We will try to be as accommodating as possible, but please understand this is our policy to protect our dedicated instructors' time and effort.
