Katelyn Kiefer: Softball Pitching, Hitting, Fielding

Katelyn recently wrapped up her 2023-2024 Freshman season at Judson University in Elgin, IL where she plays the Pitcher and First Base positions for the Eagles. Katelyn is currently playing in her Sophomore at Judson, where she is poised to be a key contributor, and their likely ace at the pitcher position. Katelyn graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in Bettendorf, IA (class of '23). In four Varsity seasons with Pleasant Valley, Katelyn earned multiple All-Conference Honors. Katelyn also played travel softball for Texas Glory ‘05-18A based out of the Quad Cities. Katelyn has pitched, and received pitching lessons from instructors who've pitched at the collegiate level and beyond for 10 years and counting. Katelyn has enjoyed passionately giving pitching lessons for 3+ years to her current students, and has helped all of them to develop into better, more reliable pitchers. Katelyn has also helped coach numerous local teams including several PV Xplosion softball teams and one Quad City Rage baseball team. Katelyn was a four-sport Varsity athlete at Pleasant Valley High School where she competed in softball, swimming, track & field, and bowling (currently bowls for Judson University also). Katelyn's love of the game, passion for helping kids improve, and proven pitching lesson success are a great addition to the Launch Lab Baseball & Softball team.
