Jenelle Shamrell: Softball Hitting, Slapping, Fielding, Catching

Jenelle has over 30 years of playing and coaching experience across all levels of softball and baseball. She played softball in high school and in adult leagues for many years in Oregon, Utah, & Iowa where she led multiple teams in Batting Average and Home Runs over the course of the season. After starting her career as a Catcher, Jenelle also gained experience through the years as a First Baseman and in the Outfield due to her height and arm strength. Since moving to Iowa 17 years ago, Jenelle has coached teams ranging from coach pitch to high school age, including most recently, the 16U A-Level Southeast Iowa Allstars (comprised mostly of 14U & 15U players). Jenelle looks forward to bringing her growing college recruiting network to Launch Lab Baseball & Softball, and sharing her extensive knowledge and passion for softball with the Quad City softball community.
